We are seeking a Service Administrator who will be responsible for the management of hardware repairs and service contracts within our Services team. The Service Administrator is central to our Service offering, managing repairs on behalf of customers to vendors and 3rd parties. The Service administrator will understand the importance of resolving requests in a timely fashion and supervise vendor processes of the requests.


What You'll Do​:
  • Create RMA’s (Repair Material Authorization) on behalf of customers.  
  • Update customers and sales with RMA status.  
  • Create waybills and tracking shipments.  
  • Obtain RMA’s from the manufacture or 3rd parties.  
  • Support the service team by answering customer, sales and vendor inquiries.  
  • Support the repair tech and the sales team with any repair related issues.  
  • Maintain and update the RMA status in systems  
  • Understand customer service contracts details.  
  • Communicate details to customers on their service contracts details and gathering necessary information needed for repairs.  
  • Create repair sales orders, if required.  
  • Source and inventory spare parts, if required.  
 
 
What You'll Need:
  • Two years general administration and customer service background  
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills  
  • Ability to problem solve  
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team  
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook  
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines  
  • Ability to multi-task and manage team workflow  
  • Excellent organizational skills  
  • Process oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities  
  • Attention to detail
