As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Healthcare Account Executive to expand our reach in the healthcare sector across the United States. This role is centered on identifying, nurturing, and growing long-term relationships with clients by delivering innovative, tailored solutions in the Automatic ID and Data Capture space. With an eye on both new customer acquisition and expanding relationships with existing accounts, this role will focus on understanding client needs, recommending the right solutions, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction to drive long-term success.
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Achieve growth targets by strategically selling technology solutions such as barcoding, RFID, mobile computing, scanning, and printing to address the unique needs of home healthcare providers.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring long-term partnerships that support the success of your customers and drive mutual growth.
  • Engage customers with a solutions-focused, consultative approach to identify challenges and present tailored, impactful solutions. Be the trusted advisor they turn to for support and innovation.
  • Use your hunter mentality to source new opportunities through strategic outreach, leveraging Levata’s industry-leading solutions and partner network to expand your customer base.
  • Work closely with Levata’s global ISV (Independent Software Vendor) team and partners to further enhance our healthcare solutions, bringing value to both existing clients and new prospects.
  • Maximize your sales potential by utilizing account mapping, effective call planning, and CRM tools like Oracle NetSuite to track and manage your pipeline. Maintain a healthy 2.5-3x pipeline of opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized, positive, and coachable. Continuously improve your approach to stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving industry.
What You’ll Need:
  • College degree preferred
  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Industry experience- barcoding, RFID/RTILS, Mobile Computing, Scanning, Printing, Healthcare hardware, and data capture
  • Proven ability to develop deep, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, focusing on customer needs and delivering value-driven solutions.
  • Strong desire to succeed, with a high sense of urgency, a consultative sales approach, and a track record of uncovering customer needs and closing deals.
  • Solid understanding of the technologies we sell (barcoding, RFID, mobile computing, etc.), with the ability to articulate how these solutions meet specific customer challenges.
  • Experience working alongside internal teams, software partners, and external stakeholders to drive comprehensive solutions and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to convey complex solutions in an engaging and understandable way.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage opportunities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (NetSuite is a plus).
  • A strong background in prospecting, cold calling, and closing business with a focus on customer value and solution-selling.
 
Travel Requirements:
  • Ability to travel to clients within a given territory – 25-30% travel required.
